The Aqua Trol has same features and functions of the Aqua Rite but with a lower chlorine production ability. However, it is simple to operate and generally takes less than 30 minutes to operate.
In any cases, the boxes are the same. For what it’s wort, the AquaRite is on sale on Amazon with over 300 bucks off. Just got one today. So, I will need to determine how much salt to buy.

The AquaTrol also has an integral time clock for control of the pool filtration pump. Aqua Rite uses T-15 cell while the Hayward W3AQ Aqua Trol is for above ground pools with the T-5 cell.
